By completing any purchase the customer agrees to these conditions.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Order Processing Timescales
All orders will be processed within 24 hours of the order placed.
Orders placed before 4pm will be processed same-day.

Free UK delivery applies for all orders over £150 to Mainland UK only.

If outside of Mainland UK including places such as Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man and Jersey, the customer acknowledges and accepts that they may have to contribute towards the after calculated shipping costs to guarantee their order. The customer retains the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund if such a situation arises.
Orders below £150 will be charged the following delivery charges:
Standard Shipping on all orders - £5
Express Shipping - £10.
For Larger Items Exceeding 15kg shipping will be calculated at checkout.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Each subscription-based delivery will occur weekly, while we will endeavour to keep the deliveries routine, we can make no guarantees or promises to deliver the exact same time or day of the week.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
No we are a UK based company and only deliver within the United Kingdom.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or care of addresses. Any lost items due to this will be exempt from our returns policy and no refund guaranteed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
